Vinfication:
The two process of vinification are made separately with maceration in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius for 22-24 days, with 2-3 manual remontages each day to allow the maximum extraction of colour, extract and aromas.
Aging:

The wine matures in French oak barrels for approximately 18 months, then it is bottled and kept developing in bottle for at least 6 months before marketing
