“Ca’ di Sru” is one of the best Barbera vineyards in Piedmont, with 50-year old vines, soil rich in minerals, and southern exposure. Its fruit is carefully selected and vinified in small wood barrels in order to give a juicy, ripe, well-balanced wine which would ideally accompany a red meat or seasoned cheese. |

| LA ZUCCA | Marmanest Grignolino | ||||||
Grignolino translates to “grinning”, so named because it is notoriously difficult to ripen and it grins at and taunts winemakers in their attempts. When successful, grignolino produces a wine characterized by a lean body, firm structure, and intense rubarb and strawberry aromas. A quintessential “food wine” it shines brightest when paired with fatty fish dishes such as tuna and salmon, spicy sauces, Asian inspired dishes, and marinated pork loin. |
