| CANTARUTTI | Canto | ||||||
A classy combination of Tocai Friulano, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc all stainless steel vinified to retain varietal freshness and acidity. Tropical fruit, spice and fine herbs in the nose give way to a creamy and crisp palate with notes of almond and ripe apple on the palate. Enjoy it with a luscious lobster or an oozing seafood risotto. |

| CANTARUTTI | Chardonnay Grave | ||||||
Wood-free, primarily and very attractive wine of pure fruit and understated elegance, this is Friuli’s answer to (too) much stereotypical and predictable Chardonnay. |

| CANTARUTTI | Pinot Grigio | ||||||
Whistle-clean, elegant and crisp rendition of an Italian classic, this is a fresh, fragrant wine supported by good concentration of floral aromatics and marzipan notes on the palate. The ideal aperitif wine, this can also be enjoyed through a light meal. |

| CANTARUTTI | Pinot Grigio Grave | ||||||
| Rich in aromas and mouthfeel, this wine offers a remarkable fullness of fruity and mineral flavors on the dry palate followed by an almondy finish, long and pleasant. | |||||||

| CANTARUTTI | Pinot Nero | ||||||
Perfumed and clean on the nose, with a pretty fruity core of sour cherry and spice, this barrique aged Pinot Noir from Friuli is bright and vibrant on the palate, with ripe tannins, a rich mid palate and a warm and sweet finish. |

| CANTARUTTI | Refosco | ||||||
Native to the cool climate of northern Italy, Refosco produces a delicious fruit-forward wine with aromatic floral aromas. |

|||||||
| CANTARUTTI | Sauvignon Blanc Grave | ||||||
| This cool climate Sauvignon blanc has a strong element of citrus and tree fruit while eschewing the grassiness that New Zealand Sauvignon blanc is known for and really capturing the terroir of this mountainous viticultural region in northern Italy. | |||||||

| CANTARUTTI | Tocai Friulano | ||||||
This perfumed white wine shows fresh scents of wild flowers and almonds, and an ample and dry palate of citrus, licorice, herbs and yeast, with a silky texture made even more agile by good acidity. Tocai may be the ideal accompaniment to a seafood risotto or, more simply, one of the most civilized aperitifs. |

| CANTARUTTI | Tocai Friulano Grave | ||||||
Pure almond and clean mineral flavors are announced by an intensely floral nose in this varietal and quintessentially Friulan white wine of elegance and substance. |

| CANTARUTTI | Schioppettino COF | ||||||
A romantic, almost extinct native grape variety of Friuli, Schioppettino (a.k.a. Ribolla Nera) makes a crisp, blackberry & pepper laden wine that takes its name after its way of "crackling" ("schioppettare", literally) on the tongue when made young and fizzy. Cantarutti's wine is still, powerful and very complex, possibly the best one around.
